WOOOOO-HOOOOO

I'm so excited I'm about to pee on myself!! My doctor released me this morning and I can start training again! SLOWLY. . . but I will be out there again! My legs are really sore after all the walking I did over the weekend but at least its the calf muscles and not my knees! I can hardly wait to see you guys and start preparing for the Blues!!

That's great, Sheila!!!! You've kept such a positive attitude and been so supportive of everyone, even though you've had to be on the sidelines. I look forward to seeing your smiling face on the long run trail. Yea!

Sheila, you are awesome! I'm so glad to have met you. Seeing you and Clark on the streets of Chicago made it all so much better.

WELCOME BACK (to walking/ jogging again). It was good to see you along the route in Chicago, equally great of you to forego your Saturday mornings to encourage others along on the journey. Glad you've been released and look forward to seeing you soon.

BTW-most marathoners do "pee" on themselves (LOL)

Great news, Sheila! You are a very "special" marathoner. To have supported the rest of us while you were sidelined was an awesome gesture. We need to be ESPECIALLY nice to you out on the trail!

That's great news, Sheila. Now maybe I can be your curb crew as I am NOT going to train for the blues but will try to keep involved as I can.
