Thanks Everyone!

Thanks to everyone for your support since my "injury." I'm a little better today; at least I don't look like someone who should be on crutches. ;o) I'm trying really hard to walk in my normal gait, but slower, so that all the other parts of my body don't get sore and out of wack from the limping. It has been really frustrating but I'm hanging in there. I was so excited about finally adding running to my training and now I have to start over to some degree. I just hope this doesn't drag on so I can get back out there with you guys and make it to Chicago on time.

Be careful out there Marathoners - this part is not fun at all!! Blog on!

I am glad you are feelin some improvement. Don't think of it as a setback, though. Your body is getting stronger, whether you know it or not, and you are preparing yourself for what lies ahead. Take care of your knee - you are moving forward on your journey!
    You are a marathoner!

There are many weeks between now and Chicago...you will be back in full swing before long. Hang in there!
