Congratulations!
I'm very proud of everyone for completing the half marathon! My only wish is that I had been able to do it with you. I guess it just wasn't in the cards for me this year. But with God's help, I'll be out there every step of the way next year. After all, I am a Marathoner!
The party was great! Thanks to Clark and Jana for getting the Club House for us. . .it was just perfect for the occasion. Makes me want to start planning the next party. What do you say guys? Are you up for another party in a few weeks? Maybe after one of the shorter runs? Matt, thanks for the entertainment!
Have a great week training everyone! I'm afraid mine will be a little slower this week since I'm preparing for my trip to Michigan. I regret that I will be returning from my trip the same day you will be doing your 15 miles on the Rez. Rest assured, I will be thinking about you during those hours and you will be in my prayers. Sheila, you will be with us next year, I know it!!! Hang in there. It's good though that you are with us at the starting/finish line and in spirit while we're out there. We love you and are such a part of this group! I'll be here next year with you!
